Standard processing is 1–3 business days. Standard shipping: 7–12 business days to the US & UK. Expedited options (5–8 business days) are available at checkout. All orders include tracking and you’ll get an email as soon as your order ships.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (US) . For orders below that threshold, shipping fees vary by product and are shown at checkout. Expedited shipping carries an extra fee.

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways available at checkout. All payments are processed securely.

We offer 30-day easy returns. If you’re not satisfied, contact support@snazbee.store to start a return. Items should be returned in original condition; refund will be issued after we inspect the return. Return shipping costs may apply unless the item is faulty.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for local duties, taxes or import fees. UK customers should be aware that local VAT or customs charges can apply depending on the order value. These fees are set by your local authorities and are not collected by SnazBee.
